Whew, a relief. Back on track.
AND my membership packet for Volkswalking came! Volksport is a non-competitive international amateur sports club. They put on walking, swimming and biking events that are open to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. There are several reasonably local clubs with events most months. The next one is the first weekend in February and the start point is in my neighborhood. There are both 5 and 10K courses, and I think I'm going to try the shorter one. It will be a good training for the YMCA 5K race in March.
