I've been bursting at the seams to let the world know that JC's unit is coming home from Iraq. Now that they are on the ground at Camp Lejeune, it's safe to shout out.
WELCOME HOME, Marines! Job well done!
His leave starts early next week. In a way, it is always jarring to have him home, much as I love it. I've gotten used to living at my own pace, and having someone else in the household, no matter how beloved, is just strange.
