I knew I'd been good over Thanksgiving, but not THIS good. I'm elated. A lot of the people in my WW group are just trying to maintain over this next month. I want to try to loose! There's not only the season of insane eating to cope with, though.
There's also the fact that it is cold and dark when I get home and I really don't like walking when it's full dark. This is a good neighborhood, but it's walking distance to some not so good areas. I need to figure out some other way to get my miles in until the days get a little longer.
