There's been a distinct lack of knitting of late. Accompanied by a lack of blogging. Both lacks are rooted in the upheaval of my personal life. My mom has had a small stroke. She is doing better and is in rehab, but she can't be left alone yet.
Since I'm the "local daughter", I've been living at my mom's, and only coming home to feed the animals. It's been a rough few weeks. My sister is in for three days over the holiday weekend, so I'm getting a bit of a break. Needless to say, my plans for painting the bathroom are on hold.
There has been SOME knitting progress, will try to post tomorrow.
