Voted today

Exercised my right to vote today in our district election - mostly it was the primary for the state elections in the fall and two city council seats. No big policy issues or tax levys on the ballot, so turnout was light, I think.

I voted after work and it was still over 100 degrees when I left the polls at nearly 6 pm. One cool thing, our polling place got the new electronic ballot box. The retirees who man the poll were having trouble getting it to re-set, but we figured it out.

Several people from the neighborhood asked about JC. I'm so proud to show off My Marine photo. *G* I need a new one, that picture was taken over a year and two promotions ago.
