That, my friends, is the very start of a pair of Knitty's Broadripple socks. I have had these balls of Cascade "Fixation" in the stash since before Christmas just waiting for this moment.
I need summer socks, darn it. I need cotton and bright colors and I will have them. Who cares if this goes with absolutely NOTHING in my closet, I don't care, I will have turquiose and purple socks.
