I ROCK, people. I have lost 10% of my body weight since starting on Weight Watchers. That's the first 'official' goal.
I now have a nifty key chain to commerate that fact. Now if I can just behave myself tomorrow at Thanksgiving dinner! Actually, it shouldn't be hard. Mom and Kimi are on board with fat free and low sugar, so all I have to do is watch the portion size and stop when I get full.
