FO - Blocks for Rebuilding Greensburg Afghan project
OK, got two afghan blocks done for the Rebuilding Greensburg Block by Block Project.
Pattern - 8 inch bias squares as requested. Only mod was a slip stitch border and doing the decrease half (Slp1, KF&B, K2togethe, knit to 2 before the end of the row,K2T). That kept the little textured border intact all the way around the square.
Material - Lamb's Pride Worsted Weight - Wool/Mohair
Needles - US 7
Comments - shipping these off tomorrow over my lunch hour when I take JC's next care package to the post office.
Notes - I like these so much that when I finish the 'black blob o' doom' afghan, I think I'll start making blocks for myself.
