The good news is that Escher's Leaves is in the bind off stage. The bad news is that yes, this bind off is rather tedious. It's K2, *slip the stitches back onto the left needle, k2T thru back loops, K1*. So you are manipulating every stitch twice.
But it's a nice, stretcy bind off. In the picture, it looks like it's rolling, but it should block out. When I finger block it, I like the look. And clever, clever designer. She put a pair of YO on either side of each point that aren't balanced by a decrease anywhere. Voila! Instantly pointier points! Even unblocked, they are pointy!
But no lace blocking this weekend. *Sigh*
